Conditions
The following conditions apply to your visit
- Check-in from 15:30 and no later than 19:00 in the evening. Check-out no later than 09:30 in the morning.
- Two bags of wood are included in your quotation. We can supply you with additional wood if need be @ R80.00 per bag.
- We are pet-friendly however no pets allowed unless prior screening and approval has been undertaken.
- We do inspect the property before and after your visit and you will be held responsible for any damages or breakages that happened during your stay.
- Once a booking is confirmed, the guest indemnifies him/herself or any dependents against the claims against “Babylon’s Tower Cottage” or “Nidderdale Farm” or any of its shareholders or management and staff from any form of injury, loss or damage suffered by any cause whilst on the property, Farm 40, Hemel-en-Aarde valley, Caledon, 7230.
- No motorcycles or quad bike riding permitted on the farm.
- No unauthorised picking of any fruit will be allowed at any time of the year.
- Strictly no feeding of baboons, antelope or any other wild animals at any time allowed.
- The cottage is situated in a fire sensitive area and thus all open flames and fires must be supervised all times to ensure that no bush fires are started. Government fires are severe and any bush fires caused by guests will attract such fires.
- Nidderdale farm is a working apple farm and spraying, pruning etc might take place during your stay. Just to take note of this as the farmer work according to a schedule which is affected by weather and other factors.
- You enter the farm on own risk. We have not had any safety problems in the past however we do advice you to lock and close all doors and windows if you are not at the property.

The owners, employees, agents, representatives and management of these premises shall not be liable for any damage, loss, theft, injury, accident or death suffered by any person, howsoever caused. Babylon’s Tower Cottage Rates
Minimum stay of nights required. If you want to stay for less, enquire about the rates and details
- Two people staying @ R1 650 per night
- Three people staying @ R1 650 per night
- Four people staying @ R2 200.00 per night
- Fifth person staying @ R2 50.00 per night

A 50 % non-refundable deposit payment is required to confirm and secure your booking. The balance of the booking value is due one week prior to your arrival unless per-arrangements have been made.
Babylon’s Tower Shepard Huts Rates:
Minimum stay of 2 nights required. If you want to stay for less, enquire about the rates and details
- Up to Two people staying @ R1 500.00 per night (2 bags of wood and pet fees included)
Specials occur at times: ask when you enquire if there are any specials at that specific moment
A 50 % non-refundable deposit payment is required to confirm and secure your booking. The balance of the booking value is due one week prior to your arrival unless per-arrangements have been made.
Babylon’s Tower Beach House: (Onrus)
Minimum stay of nights required. If you want to stay for less, enquire about the rates and details
Peak-season months: December, January, Easter weekend
Peak Season rate @ R2 600 per day
Off-Peak-season months: February, March, May to November
Peak Season rate @ R2 400 per day
Wood not provided, DSTV included

Cleaning fee of R550.00 will be added.
